If the screen is frozen can I disconnect my Handset?

If the screen on the Handset is frozen, clients can disconnect the handset to troubleshoot the issue. To do this, with the vehicle on and the keys in the ignition, clients should:

 

1. Disconnect the Handset for 30 seconds.
2. Reconnect the Handset and allow it to reboot.
