How to disconnect my unit from the curly cord?

Models: 2020, 2030, and 2035

If your device has a key pad follow these steps to safely disconnect the unit:

1. Locate where the handset and the curly cord meet.
2. Uncover the rubber cover protecting the connection.
3. Press the clip down on the connector.
4. Gently pull the cord away from the handset.

Avoid using excessive force to prevent damage. 

Model: Flex 3030

If your device has three buttons follow these steps to safely disconnect the unit:

1. Locate the helix cord connection point.
2. Firmly grasp the connector where the cable meets the handset.
3. Press the latch or release mechanism while pulling straight out to detach properly.
